Terms of Service

Information and Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me. I may request age verification.• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.• Commissioning me is a professional transaction. Please keep communication related to your commission unless we are already friends/acquaintances.• I require a clear visual reference of the character(s). I do not work solely from written descriptions.•By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Payment

• All payments are made in full through a PayPal invoice before I begin working. I will send the invoice after accepting your commission; please do not send payment beforehand.•Prices may vary depending on character/design complexity, backgrounds, or other requested additions. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before payment.

Working

• My typical turnaround time is around 1 month, but commissions may take up to 3 months depending on complexity, my queue, and personal circumstances.• If I expect your commission to take longer than originally anticipated, I will always contact you with an update.• Turnaround time begins after payment and once I have received all necessary references and information.• I generally do not accept strict deadlines. If you need your commission completed by a certain date, please discuss it with me before payment so I can determine whether I can accommodate it.• You are always welcome to ask for an update on your commission! However, please avoid requesting updates multiple times within the same week, especially if I have already provided a recent update or WIP.

Artwork Usage & Sharing

• The commissioner and/or character owner may post, share, and reproduce the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use. This includes making personal items such as prints, stickers, charms, clothing, etc. Please credit me as the artist when posting my work.• My artwork may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without my permission. If you are interested in commercial use or reproduction for resale, please discuss it with me beforehand.• You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace it, make significant edits without permission, or upload/use it with generative AI.• Do not remove, alter, or obscure my watermark/signature from any watermarked version of my artwork.• I retain the rights to my artwork and may post or display commissioned work on my social media, galleries, commission examples, or portfolio unless otherwise discussed.

Refunds

• If I cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel, you may receive a full refund if I have not started. Once work has begun, the refund amount will be based on how much work has already been completed. No refunds will be given for completed commissions.• Any unfinished artwork or WIPs from a refunded commission may not be used unless I give permission.• Please contact me directly regarding any payment or refund issues. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

What I Will Draw

• Anthro and feral characters of any species.• Pokémon, Digimon, and other creature or humanoid fanart.• Romantic and mildly suggestive artwork of adult characters of any gender/orientation.• Most clothing, accessories, and props.• Simple/stylized weapons, such as guns, swords, and fantasy weapons.•Simple mechanical/robotic elements.• Backgrounds of any complexity. Additional fees may apply depending on detail.• Mild gore, including blood, wounds, and candy/stylized gore.•Vent, emotional, pride, and other themed artwork.• Up to 3 characters per piece. Additional characters are priced separately.

What I Won’t Draw

• Humans or heavily human-focused characters.• Highly complex mecha/robotics.
Extreme or realistic gore.• Highly detailed or realistic firearms/weapons.• Military-related content, including military uniforms, soldiers, warfare, propaganda, or similar themes.• Extremely complex character designs that I don't feel I can accurately reproduce.• Heavy, extreme, or realistic gore.• Hateful or discriminatory content.• Drug, alcohol, smoking, or other substance-use themes.• Self-harm or suicide-related content.
