Terms of Service

Information and Conditions

- Commission me does not make us friends (unless we have talked before hand). Please don't try to get close with me or message me about things unrelated to the commission.
- I only accept commissions I believe I will be able to finish and that I would like to do, I don't have to accept every commission inquiry.
- I will give the commissioner a transparent version of the art as well as the original. If requested, I can give a flat (if shaded) and unwatermarked version as well.

Payment

- I only use PayPal for commission payments.
- I will send an invoice after I have accepted the commission.
- Commissions must be paid in full before I start drawing.
- I’ll only start drawing after the payment.

Working

- My turn around time is 1 month, but it may take up to 3 months at most. If you do not like this you shouldn’t commission me.
- I don’t fully accept deadlines, if the piece is something I think I can finish before the date I will try to do it.
- I need a clean reference of your character for the commission, if you do not have one I might not accept your commission.
- I will not draw based on a description.
- I will send sketch WIPs for conformation, once a sketch is accepted I will not change it (unless the commissioner wants to pay extra).
- Extra WIPs can be requested, I may send flat colors for confirmation without a request.

Sharing My Artwork

- Only the commissioner/ character owner can use the artwork (unless permission from them is given). They are also the only ones who can post the piece but I must have full credit.
- It is prohibited that anyone else, other than myself, use the piece for commercial purposes without my permission.
- Owner of the piece cannot make edits to the art without my permission.
- No one can remove my watermark for any reason, a unwatermarked version may be given if requested.

Refunds

- No refunds after the artwork is done.
- If i have to stop a drawing at any point for personal reasons, I will give a full refund.
- During the process of the piece a refund may be requested, if it is almost done I will not give a refund. If it is not close to being done a partial refund may be given.

What I Will Draw

- Feral and Anthro animals (any species).
- Pokemon, digimon, some other fan art.
- Any race, gender, sexuality, etc.
- Some weaponry/ Mech (guns, swords, simple robotics, etc).
- Romantic and suggestive (any sexual orientation/ pairing).
- Any level detail background (price will have to be discussed).
- Most clothing/ items.
- Slight gore (blood, wounds, candy gore).
- Vent art/ sad art/ pride art
- 2 to 3 character limit in one piece

What I Won’t Draw

- Humans (I am not used to drawing them).
- Extreme mech/ robotics.
- Heavily detailed/ eye sore designs (ask if unsure).
- Heavy blood/ gore.
- Demeaning/ rude/ racist/ homophobic/ transphobic themes.
- Self harm themes (drinking, drugs, injury).
- Baby furs, pedophilia, zoophilia.If something is not listed, and you are unsure, please ask me.

Sketch commissions will be cleaner then examples.
